Mom's Braised Pork

- Ingredients
- Five-spiced pork belly400 grams
- Potatoes1 piece
- Star anise5 pieces
- Spring onions2 stalks

1. Boil the five-spiced pork belly, remove the blood clots, and cut into pieces.

2. Add garlic, star anise,ginger and slowly fry.

3. Fry until cooked, then add stock and simmer for 20 minutes, adding sliced potato cubes!
