Ingredients
Dried black fungus 16g
Appropriate amount of oil
Appropriate amount of salt
3 cloves of garlic
Soy sauce Appropriate amount
How to make fragrant garlic black fungus
1. Prepare the dried black fungus.
2. Three cloves of garlic.
3. Chop the garlic into minced garlic.
4. Wash and soak the black fungus.
5. Pour in appropriate amount of oil, heat to five-tenths hot.
6. Add half of the minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
7. Add the washed and soaked black fungus into the wok, stir-fry.
8. Add the remaining minced garlic and stir-fry.
9. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.
