Fermented Bean Curd Tofu Carrot Stew

- Ingredients:
- Old Tofu half.5 piece
- Hairy Radicchio appropriate amountamount
- Half.5 piece
- Green onionsappropriate amount
- Karamata seedsappropriate amount
- Garlic clovesappropriate amount
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Pickled Tofu and Hairy Radish Stew Radicchio Steps:

1. Heat oil in a pot, add slightly fried garlic and green onion, remove Karamata seeds, then add cut radicchio pieces (smaller than tofu), stir-fry for 2 minutes, followed by adding tofu and stirring for 1 minute;

2. Add some cold water, cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, then add pickled tofu and continue cooking for another 3 minutes (add more water if needed);

3. When radicchio is very soft, add remaining garlic and green onions, cook until all liquid has evaporated, then serve.
- Tips:

Since the pickled tofu is already quite salty, it's recommended to not add salt unless you prefer a very salty taste.
