Papaya Snow Ear

Ingredients

　　mushroom pear one

　　silver ear fungus proper amount

Method of making mushroom pear and silver ear

1. Soak the silver ear in warm water for about 1 hour, remove the hard stem, cut into small pieces, peel and seed the mushroom pear then cut it into small pieces.

2. Put the prepared mushroom pear and silver ear into a pot, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and stir over switch to simmering slowly cook for 2 hours until done.(Ten minutes before removing from heat, you can also add some pre-soaked goji berries）
