Dry-fried Fresh Shrimp

Ingredients
Fresh shrimp 450 grams
Scallions
Ginger Appropriate amount
Garlic
Salt
Steps for dry-fried fresh shrimp
1. Heat oil, add ginger slices and garlic to release fragrance.
2. Add the shrimps (clip off the shrimp and wash thoroughly, then drain the water), stir-fry until the color of the shrimp changes. Add cooking wine and salt, continue stir-frying (do not add any water). Until the sauce in the pot is dry,Add monosodium glutamate(optional) stir in scallion.
