How to Make Sweet and Sour Tofu

Steps for making sweet and sour tofu:
1. Soak the tofu in salty water for about 20 minutes to remove any off-flavors.

2. Drain and cut into thick pieces.

3. Mix all ingredients of the sugar vinegar sauce together; taste test and adjust if necessary.

4. Spring onion Ginger Garlic, minced.

5.Wok or pan Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, fry the tofu over medium heat.

6. Fry one side golden for about 4 minutes.

7. After both sides are golden brown, remove from the wok.

8. Leave some oil in the wok, stir-fry the minced spring onion, ginger, and garlic.

9. Cook over medium heat while constantly stirring until the sugar vinegar sauce boils vigorously.

10. Add the fried tofu, stir well to coat each piece of tofu with the sauce.
