Method;

Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash and cut the mushrooms, carrots, and cucumbers into small corn-sized cubes.Remove the skin from the chicken legs, then slice them into small cubes and mix with water starch. Use a cucumber to make a bucket-like shape for the dish.
Boil the corn kernels in water for 2 minutes, then drain.

Season with salt, then thicken with a thin sauce and stir-fry evenly.
