Ingredients:
Main ingredient: 500g of marinated chicken
Seasoning ingredients:Mushroom 5 pieces, dried,Black Fungus 10 grams,Coriander 1 stalk, and green onion 1 stalk.
Preparation:
Soak the mushroom and black fungus in warm water, then chop the coriander and green onion into pieces.

Cooking steps:
1. Cut the soaked mushrooms into blocks, wash and tear the black fungus into small pieces;
2. Place the marinated chicken into a slow cooker;
3. Add the pre-processed mushrooms and black fungi;
4. Add a little water and simmer for about half an hour.


Cooking tips:
1. Soaking black fungus with cold or warm water, not hot water, is better to maintain texture and soaking effect;
