Mao Pao Doufu preparation steps:
1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and place them in salty water

2. Chuandian doubanjiang,Chuandian doujiang, garlic paste,Douchi are all placed on a board to be chopped.

3. Green onions ginger garlic are minced.

4. Pork is ground into meat mince.

5. Heat oil in a wok.

6. Place all the chili pastes in the wok and fry over low heat until fragrant.
