New Year's Eve meal recipe recommendation Home-style Black Pepper Apple Beef Cooking Method

I used to be rather opposed to using fruits in cooking.Pineapple,Apple,Mango,Orange and other fruits can taste great when used as ingredients, too.

In fact, using fruits in cooking not only adds flavor to the dish but also stimulates appetite. Because fruit cells soften and become tender when heated, reducing their impact on the intestines, they are particularly suitable for people with poor digestive absorption during the Spring Festival.Click here for more: What to eat for the Spring Festival New Year's Eve dinner

Ingredients: Pork Ribeye Apple Green pepper Onion

Seasonings:Dark soy sauce Old soy sauce Butter Oyster sauce Vegetable oil Ginger Sugar Rice wine Black Pepper powder Cooked white Sesame seeds Cornstarch

Process:

1. Cut the pork ribeye into thumbnail-sized pieces.

2. Similarly, cut the green peppers and onion (I used red onions instead).

3. Marinate the pork with dark soy sauce, old soy sauce, rice wine, black pepper powder, ginger slices, and a little cornstarch for about half an hour.

4. Prepare a small bowl by mixing 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of old soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder.

5. For a medium-sized apple, remove the core and cut the flesh into pieces, then soak them in water to prevent browning.

6. Heat a large amount of oil in a wok until it is about 80% hot, add the marinated pork pieces (remove ginger slices after frying two portions) and fry for about 15 seconds before removing them immediately.

7. All fried pork pieces are ready.

8. Remove excess oil from the pan and leave a little bottom oil, then add a bit of butter, stir-fry with the green peppers and onion over high heat for a few minutes.

9. Add the apples (dry them after removing them from water) and continue stir-frying.

10. Add the fried pork pieces and stir-fry quickly.

11. Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan and stir-fry until well combined.

12. After cooking, sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds.

Tips:

1. Freeze the pork in the refrigerator for a while to make it easier to cut.

2. Fry the pork pieces in batches rather than all at once to maintain high oil temperature.

3. Cook throughout over high heat, not exceeding 2 minutes.

4. It is also very delicious using beef ribeye.
