Homemade Beef Soup with Butter Lettuce


For those who cannot live without soup, old fire pot soup is essential.Chinese cabbage. Marrow bone broth is also a great choice. Especially when beef is added,beef, the broth becomes exceptionally savory and sweet, with a hint of miso cabbage's freshness. A bowl surely won't be enough to satisfy.
Ingredients: Main ingredients: 2 heads of miso cabbage, 150g beef, 1.5g salt, 20g oil, 5g soy sauce, 2 pieces of ginger, 3g cornstarch.soy sauce 5g,ginger 2 slices, cornstarch 3g
Steps:

1. Wash the miso cabbage thoroughly.

2. Marinate the beef with ginger slices, cornstarch, oil, and soy sauce.

3. Place an appropriate amount of water in a pot and add oil, then bring to a boil.

4. Once boiling, add the miso cabbage.

5. Stir evenly so that every piece of cabbage is coated with oil to maintain its green color. After stir-frying,fire boils up.

6. After the miso cabbage has come to a boil, add the beef and bring it back to a boil again.

7. Boil for two minutes until the beef is fully cooked, then season with salt.
