Homemade Rose Egg Pudding Recipe


Pudding, previously we usually make it in the oven.Actually, we can also steam it. This pudding is smooth and has a hint of roses; it won't be boring to eat because just a little bit of salt was added. To make a good pudding,the ratio of eggs to milk should ideally be 1:2. The ingredients include: 76g egg liquid, 152g milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a tiny bit of salt (about the size of two fingertips), and a little rose syrup.Step 1. Beat the egg liquid. Step 2. Heat the milk with sugar and salt slightly until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool a bit.Step 3. Add the milk to the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly to form pudding liquid. Step 4. Strain the pudding mixture at least three times before pouring into a container and letting it sit for an hour.
Step 5. Cover the container with its lid. Step 6. Place it in the slow cooker.
Step 7. Choose the steam function, set to 300W power.

Step 8. It will take about 20 minutes.

It will automatically keep warm when finished.

Sprinkle a little rose syrup on top.

Tip 1: Don't use too high heat for steaming pudding; otherwise, it might explode, so we used a slightly lower power here.

Tip 2: My cooking time is approximate; please adjust according to your own situation, usually around 15 minutes.Tip 3: If you don't have a slow cooker, you can use a steamer pot. Inside the machine.

6. Select steaming function, set power to 300w,

7. Approximately 20 minutes.

8. Finished, it will automatically keep warm. Sprinkle a little rose sauce on top.
Tips
1 It's not recommended to use high heat when steaming pudding, or it might explode; here we used slightly lower power.

3 If you don't have a breakfast machine, you can use a steamer pot.
