A homemade recipe for avocado purple yam tart during the Christmas season

I saw a delicious food video online. It's simple to make and the key is that I have all the ingredients at home, so I'll give it a try right away to make a small dessert using what I have at hand to satisfy my craving! Especially like adding condensed milk to the ingredients,no sugar needed, making the taste even better. Main ingredients:150g taro,150g avocado, a bit of strawberry jam,and 10g of condensed milk. Step 1. Steam the taro until it's cooked.
Step 2. Add condensed milk to the taro.Step 3. Mash them together into a smooth paste. Step 4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh.Step 5. Use a mold ring and place a layer of taro paste at the bottom. Step 6. Add a layer of avocado paste on top.Step 7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, ensuring the top is covered with avocado paste for an appealing look.Step 8. Demold and serve, garnishing with strawberry jam before eating to enhance the flavor. Tip: To achieve a beautiful appearance, make sure each layer is distinct and even, pressing down firmly on each layer to avoid air pockets when demolding.
