Homemade Banana Milk Pancakes Recipe

Relying on egg white foaming,
ingredients: main: 1 egg, 2 grams salt,30 grams sugar, 150 milliliters milk,100 grams low-gluten flour,mangoes appropriate amount,a little powdered sugar, Cadbury chocolate sauce a little;
steps:

1. Prepare all ingredients, sift the low-gluten flour in advance.

2. Separate the eggs,egg yolks and mix with low-flour.

3. Add salt, 10 grams sugar and banana milk to the bowl.

4. Mix well until a thin batter is formed and set aside.

5. Beat egg whites with 20 grams of sugar until slightly foamy.

6. Transfer half of the whipped egg whites into the banana milk batter and mix gently.

7. Add the remaining egg whites and mix thoroughly.

8. Pour a small amount of the banana milk batter onto an unstick pan.

10. Flip over and cook for another 30 seconds before removing from heat.
