fresh shiitake mushrooms, lean meat, green onions, cornstarch, soy sauce,oil, and salt, oil, appropriate salt

Preparation:
1. Soak fresh shiitake mushrooms in water for a while after purchasing them.
2. Rinse the lean meat, cut it into thin slices.
3. Place in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of cornstarch and soy sauce, mix well, then set aside.
4. Wash green onions, cut into small pieces, and place in a bowl for later use.
5. After soaking, wash the shiitake mushrooms and slice them in half.
6. Add an appropriate amount of oil to a pot and heat on high.
7. Place the lean meat slices in the pot and stir-fry until cooked; then remove from the pan.
8. Add the sliced mushrooms, stir-fry until nearly done, then add the previously prepared lean meat pieces, continue stir-frying. Before removing from the heat, add the chopped green onions and salt for seasoning.
