How to Make Lamb with Cumin

Steps to make Cumin Lamb:
1. Clean the lamb leg meat, remove any tendons or membranes, cut into small pieces, and marinate with soy sauce and cooking wine for 15 minutes.

2. Wash the white onion and cut it diagonally.Bell pepper wash clean and slice.

3. Heat a large pot and add more oil. After heating, add the lamb and stir-fry over high heat until the surface turns slightly golden-brown. Remove and set aside.

4. Use another pot (or clean the same one) and heat it without adding any oil. Over low heat, toast the cumin powder until fragrant.

5. Add chili powder and stir-fry to release its spiciness.

6. Return the lamb to the pot, add salt and sugar for seasoning. Stir-fry over high heat for a few seconds until the lamb is evenly coated with cumin and chili powder.
