Homemade Recipe for Honey Herb Pan-Seared Duck Breast

Nanjing is known as the "Capital of Ducks"! So duck meat is also a regular on our dining table, sometimes braised in brine, sometimes red-braised;sometimes stewed, sometimes pan-fried; anyway, as long as it's duck meat, any way is fine!
Today I made this dish by frying the duck breast:marinated with honey-glazed marinade overnight, grilled meat first marinated with a honey-glazed marinade for a night, then pan-fried in a non-stick pot;the taste is simply superb~~~
Ingredients Main ingredients: 15g of Chinese cabbage,60g of broccoli, 220g of duck breast, a little cooking oil, a little Italian herbs, and 20 grams of honey-glazed marinade Steps 1. Prepare the ingredients
2. Wash the duck breast and pour in the honey-glazed marinade

3. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for a night, turning over to marinate better

4. Heat the pot on low heat and add a little cooking oil

5. Place the marinated duck breast skin side down, switch to medium heat on setting 2

6. Fry until golden brown, then flip and continue frying on low heat on setting 1

7. Flip again until a fork can easily pierce it

8. Keep some of the cooking oil in the pan and fry the broccoli and carrot slices briefly

9. Cut the duck breast into large pieces and serve on a plate

10. Sprinkle with Italian herbs before serving Tips 1. Marinate the thick duck breast for a night to better infuse flavors

2. Duck meat cooks quickly, so don't overcook it

3. Substitute honey-glazed marinade and Italian herbs with preferred seasonings if unavailable
Tips
1 Thick-cut duck breast marinating for a night enhances the flavor more
2 Duck meat cooks easily, so don't over-fry it
3 If you don't have jerk sauce and Italian herbs at home, use your preferred seasonings for marination
