Ingredients Main ingredients: 300g lotus root,sesame seeds appropriate amount of oil, salt, white sugar,vinegar appropriate amount, white sugar,MSG appropriate amount, oyster sauce appropriate amount, red oil appropriate amount, chopped green onions
Steps

1. Peel the lotus root and slice it into thin pieces, then soak it in clear water for a while, washing several times until the water has no more starch.

2. Prepare minced garlic.

3. Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the lotus root slices and cook until they come back to a boil again after 2 minutes.

4. Drain the cooked lotus root slices, then rinse them with cold water until cool.

5. After draining all the moisture from the lotus root slices, place them in a bowl and add salt, white sugar, oyster sauce,white vinegar, MSG, garlic, sesame oil.

6. Add appropriate amount of chopped green onions and red oil, then mix well to combine all ingredients.
TIP: Try to slice the lotus root as thinly as possible and don't cook it for too long.
