Home-style Chicken Broth Braised Pork Rind and Vegetables

Fried Crispy Fat with Greens use green vegetables, sometimes at a restaurant, sometimes at home. Compared to eating out, I prefer the version made at home. The crispy fat is homemade from fresh pork belly that is cut into small pieces, fried until the oil is rendered, and then used to cook greens. You can also add chicken broth, or ribs to the mix; it's absolutely delicious with no additives, just natural goodness.
Ingredients: Main ingredients: 250g of green vegetables, 50g of crispy fat, appropriate amount of oil, salt to taste, and appropriate amount of chicken broth or rib soup
Steps:

1. Wash the green vegetables and prepare them.

2. Heat the pot with oil and add the green vegetables.

3. Add the crispy fat.

4. Season with an appropriate amount of salt.

5. Add an appropriate amount of chicken broth or rib soup.

6. Cook until the green vegetables are done, then serve.
Tips: If you don't have chicken broth, you can use stock as a substitute.
