Homemade Korean Style Kimchi Fried Rice Method

Cut four slices of ham into small pieces and set aside one slice.Heat a wok with vegetable oil, add green onions to stir-fry until fragrant. Add soy sauce, then stir-fry rice until evenly colored. Add green onions again for extra fragrance, then stir in the chopped ham. After the aroma of the green onions is released, stir-fry with the spicy cabbage until uniformly colored. Transfer it into a small bowl and press down before placing on a plate.

In another wok, add a little vegetable oil to fry the reserved ham slice, then cover with fried rice. Pour in an egg, cook until about 5-6 degrees done.

Cover the ham with the egg, and this spicy cabbage fried rice is ready. Serve by mixing the hot rice and eggs.

TIP:

This fried rice does not require salt as it already has spicy cabbage; adjust according to taste if desired.
