Homemade Steamed Egg Yolk Stir-fried Small River Shrimps Method


A calcium-rich helper——small river shrimp. Small river shrimp are loved due to their abundant protein content,soft and easily digestible meat texture. More importantly, they contain a large amount of calcium in the shell.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 250g small river shrimp, 100g green peas,salted egg yolk 2 pieces, corn oil 1 tablespoon, salt to taste,white pepper powder a little. Steps 1. Wash the small river shrimp thoroughly. 2. Clean and wash the green peas, then stir-fry them with some oil for a moment or two until slightly cooked; remove from heat.3. Heat the oil in the pot, add the small river shrimp and stir-fry until they turn color; remove from heat. 4. In the same pot, keep the bottom oil heated and gently fry the salted egg yolks over low heat until they are well-mixed.
5. Add the stir-fried small river shrimp and green peas into the pot, season with salt and white pepper powder, then mix evenly to serve.

TIP: When stir-frying the small river shrimp, use high heat but do not overcook them to maintain their texture.

Peas should be washed and then stir-fried in oil, adding a little water to simmer for a moment before removing.

Heat the oil in the pot (with higher temperature), add the small river shrimp and stir-fry until they change color, then remove.

Leave some bottom oil in the pot, add the salted egg yolk, and slowly cook over low heat until it disperses.

Add the small river shrimp and peas together, stir-fry, and add salt and white pepper for seasoning. It is ready.
Tip: When stir-frying the small river shrimp, use high heat and do not cook for too long to maintain texture.
