Home-style stir-fried lettuce with millet and buckwheat noodles


Ingredients Main ingredients: 200g rice noodles,1 bunch of lettuce, 1 egg, 48g oil, 0.5g salt,15g light soy sauce, 3g oyster sauce,1 tablespoon chili paste with beans(lao gan ma)
Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Rinse the rice noodles with hot water, drain well

3. Clean and drain the lettuce

4. Heat a pan, add oil, crack an egg and stir fry until it's scattered. 5. Add the lettuce and stir-fry for a few seconds.

6. Add the rice noodles and quickly stir-fry evenly.

7. Sprinkle salt and stir-fry quickly.

8. Pour in oyster sauce and stir-fry quickly.

9. Pour in light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly.

10. Add a tablespoon of chili paste with beans

(lao gan ma) and stir-fry quickly.11. Stir-fry until well combined, then serve. 12. Finished dish!
