Homemade Black Sesame Walnut Scone Recipe


Scone is one of the common afternoon tea treats in Britain.It is primarily made from flour, with various nuts and dried fruits added. This time, I used sesame powder as the main ingredient, with flour playing a secondary role.The main ingredients are black sesame seeds, 120g walnut powder, 15g sugar powder,30g low-gluten flour, a small pinch of salt,40g butter, 50g water, and 4g baking powder.Steps: 1. Mix all ingredients except for the water together.
2. Form into grain-like pieces before adding in the water. 3. Knead into a dough.4. Roll out to 1cm thickness, cut with a mold, Bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.5. Once baked 6. Cut in half and add your favorite cream filling, or eat as is.Butter 40g, water 50g, baking powder 4g
Steps

1. Put all ingredients except water together

2. Mix to form granules before adding the water

3. Knead into a dough

4. Roll out to 1cm thickness and cut out shapes with molds,Oven 175°C, 15min

5. Bake until done

6. Cut in half and fill with desired cream filling or eat as is
