Homemade Clam Radish Tofu Soup Recipe


Mussel flavor is extremely fresh and it also has rich nutrition.It contains a lot of protein, iodine, calcium, and iron, but very little fat. Mussel nourishes the body,white radish cleanses heat,tofu strengthens the spleen. Combining these three ingredients makes for a delicious and sweet soup suitable for those with weak bodies or dryness in their constitution.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 50 grams of mussels,white radish 1 piece, 2 pieces of tofu,coriander a small amount, 2 grams of salt,millet seeds a small amount, 2 grams of chicken powder, a little cooking oil
Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Rinse mussels and soak for 1 hour; rinse millet seeds as well.

3. Wash white radish, peel it, and cut into small pieces.

4. Clean all ingredients, cut tofu into small pieces, and chop coriander into small segments.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of water into a pot and bring to a boil; add white radish and mussels after boiling.

6. Add ginger slices, cover the pot and let it boil before switching to low heat for about 20 minutes.

7. Add tofu and chicken powder, stir well and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

8. Add millet seeds, coriander, and cooking oil, mix thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.

9. Season with salt and it's ready to serve.
Tips: Cut white radish thinly to ensure it cooks quickly.
