Homemade Winter Melon Meatball Soup Recipe


Ingredients Main ingredients:Mutton 170g meat filling,Winter melon 400g,Egg 1 piece,Kaffir lime seeds 10 pieces,Ginger 5g, 1 teaspoon of starch, 1/4 teaspoon of Sichuan pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 green onions
Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients: winter melon, meat filling, egg, Joyva thickening soup cube, cut green onions into flowers, slice ginger.

2. Crack the egg into the meat filling and add Sichuan pepper powder, salt, starch, and green onion flowers.

3. Mix well until it forms a paste.

4. Slice the winter melon.

5. Boil water in a pot and add garlic slices and kaffir lime seeds. Put meat filling into the pot with a spoon to form small balls.

6. Add sliced winter melon.

7. Cook until the winter melon is soft, then sprinkle green onion flowers, adjust the taste according to your preference by adding salt.
