One fresh king crab.

100 grams of white radish,100 grams of zucchini, 100 grams of enoki mushrooms,half a large onion, 2 shiitake mushrooms,and one dried chili pepper. For the seasoning sauce:1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of rice wine,2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, a little bit of Sichuan pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Preparation steps:

1. After cleaning the king crab and cutting it in half, marinate it with the seasoning sauce ingredients.

  Place the crabs and shell in a bowl. 2. Clean the enoki mushrooms, cut the onion into strips, slice the zucchini, white radish, shiitake mushrooms,and finely chop the green onions. Prepare 1 liter of sardine broth, one dried chili pepper.

Cooking steps:

1. Place the sliced zucchini and white radish, enoki mushrooms slices, sliced dried chili peppers, and marinated king crab in a sandpot.Pour in the sardine broth, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for some time.

2. After the king crab's freshness is released, add enoki mushrooms and green onion circles 2 minutes before serving.Adjust with salt or soy sauce according to personal taste. Additional tips:

Both sardine broth and the marinating sauce are salty, so no additional seasoning may be necessary.
