Homemade Black Pepper Scallion Beef Chop Recipe


Black pepper flavor Spareribs A bit spicy, flavorful and good for rice or noodles.Rice or noodles are both excellent choices.
Ingredients Mains: 5 large spare ribs,1 onion, oil as needed, salt as needed, cooking wine as needed,soy sauce as needed, dark soy sauce as needed,sugar as needed, black pepper sauce 2 tablespoons,
cornstarch as needed

Steps

1. Rinse the spare ribs and pound them with a knife.

2. Marinate the spare ribs with cooking wine, salt, cornstarch, soy sauce for 1 hour, cut the onion into pieces.

3. Fry the spare ribs until both sides are golden brown, about 8-9, remove from the pan.

4. Sauté the onion in the same pot.

5. Add the spare ribs, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar.

6. Add black pepper sauce.7. Pour some water into the pot and simmer over high heat, until it opens to medium-low heat for a few minutes until the ribs can be easily pierced through. Leave some sauce at the end.
Tip: Pound the spare ribs with the back of a knife to make the meat more tender, and leave some sauce at the end.
