Ingredients Main ingredients: 1 stick of Tofu Pith, 25 walnuts (approximately), 2 eggs, an appropriate amount of rock sugar,Rice Sprouts a handful,Bulb Lily 10g
Steps

1. Rinse the rice sprouts and soak them overnight.

2. Clean the bulb lilies and soak them in water.

3. Boil the eggs in cold water for 10 minutes on a low flame.

4. Remove the shell after boiling, and set aside. If not urgent, you can wait until the water cools to peel; if you're impatient, place them in cold water to easily remove the shells without breaking the eggs.

5. Add the rice sprouts to a pot, then add water and cook for 25 minutes.

6. Add the walnuts.

7. Add the bulb lilies and cook for another 15 minutes.

8. While cooking, break the tofu pith into shorter pieces and soak until soft.

9. Add the eggs.

10.. Add rock sugar.

11. Place the tofu pith in the pot, cook until fully done.
Tip: Soaking rice sprouts overnight can reduce cooking time.
