Homemade Lemon Pan Fried Pomfret Recipe

Ingredients Main ingredients: 2 tuna steaks, oil as needed, salt as needed,black pepper as needed,lemon juice as needed
Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean and remove the belly and gills from the tuna, wash well, cut in half lengthwise, season with salt on both sides,

sprinkle some black pepper and lemon juice to marinate for 15 minutes to infuse flavor.

Dry off the marinade, place in a non-stick skillet,

over medium heat.

Fry until cooked through on both sides.
Serve by plating up.
If baked instead, it tastes excellent too.
