Today, let's try something new using the Boss S205steamer!Steaming preserves more nutrients and achieves a similar softness as boiling, reducing the digestive risk of tangyuan. While steaming and boiling may look alike, there is actually a difference: boiled are soft and glutinous; steamed are firm and chewy! Main ingredients:150g water-milled glutinous rice flour,
133g warm water, a suitable amount of sweet red bean filling,some black sesame seeds, and some.Steps:1. Mix 150g water-milled glutinous rice flour with 133g warm water; 2. Knead into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes;3. Set the steamer to hot rice mode, preheating to 100 degrees; 4. Divide the glutinous rice flour dough and sweet red bean filling into evenly sized portions, shape them into balls.
5. Flatten a ball of dough, wrap in the filling, seal it up, place it on your palm and roll it into a ball again;

6. Repeat for all portions;

7. Arrange the tangyuan on a plate, put it into the steamer, select the default "baked goods" mode, press confirm, steam for 10 minutes, then remove.

8. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on the cooked tangyuan.

9. Drizzle with and enjoy!Tip: Glutinous rice products are hard to digest; people with sensitive stomachs should eat them in moderation! Divide the glutinous rice flour into evenly sized balls and roll them into rounds.
