Home-style Korean Braised Beef with Potatoes


Potatoes. Stir-fry.Beef. is a classic.home-cooked dish.!add Korean spicy sweet chili sauce and tomato paste, slightly modified, tastes great too. According to my son, it has the flavor of Korean iron plate beef, very hearty!
Ingredients: Main ingredients: 200g cooked beef, 300g potatoes,1 tomato, 1 green pepper,an appropriate amount of spring onion, ginger, an appropriate amount, 2 cloves of garlic, 30g Korean spicy sweet chili sauce, 20g tomato paste, 2g salt,2g Sichuan pepper powder, 15ml dark soy sauce,15ml wei ji xian soy sauce, 1g sugar,a little MSG. Steps:1. Cut 200g of cooked beef into cubes. 2. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into small pieces.3. Dice the tomatoes. 4. Cut the green pepper into chunks.
5. Slice the spring onion, mince the ginger and garlic.

1. Heat half a pot of oil in a wok over medium heat.

2. When the oil is about 80% heated with a slight smoke, slowly add the potato pieces and fry for about 1.5 minutes.

3. Drain the fried potato pieces until they are dry.

4. Stir-fry the minced garlic, ginger, and spring onion in a hot pan with cool oil.

5. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry them.

6. Add the Korean spicy sweet chili sauce and tomato paste, then stir-fry evenly.

7. Add the beef cubes, along with red cooking soy sauce and wei ji xian soy sauce, and stir-fry together.

8. Add the fried potato pieces, as well as Sichuan pepper powder, salt, and a little sugar, and stir-fry.

9. Add a little water to simmer for 1 minute to allow the meat and potatoes to absorb the flavors.

10. Finally, add the green peppers and stir-fry until done. Add a little MSG before serving.

Tip: If the tomatoes are sour, add a little sugar to balance the acidity.

Place the fried potatoes into the pan, add Sichuan pepper powder, salt, and a little sugar, then stir-fry.

Add a small amount of water, stir gently and simmer for 1 minute to allow the meat and potatoes to absorb the flavors.

Finally, add the green peppers and stir-fry evenly, adding a little monosodium glutamate before removing from heat.

Tip: If the tomatoes are quite sour, a small amount of sugar can be added to balance the acidity.
