Homemade Iron Plate Pan Steamed Rice Cake and Tofu Recipe

Main ingredients: 100g year cake, 350g tofu, oil to taste, salt to taste, chili powder,sufficient, cumin powder. Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Soak the year cake in hot water for use later.

3. Cut the tofu into thick slices.

4. Dry the soaked year cake.

5. Heat the iron plate and add oil, then pan-fry the year cake until cooked.

6. Season with a little salt and stir-fry briefly.

7. Add the tofu slices and continue to pan-fry them.

8. Flip the tofu until slightly golden.

9. Sprinkle salt, chili powder, and cumin powder on it while frying for a bit more.

10. Flip the tofu and year cake again, sprinkle some salt, chili powder, and cumin powder, then serve.

Tip: If you don't have an iron plate, you can use a non-stick pan to cook; it won't affect the taste.
