Homemade Recipe for Carrot Powder Stir-fried Lamb


Mutton and radish are the classic combination, delicious whether stir-fried or stewed. This time, let's stir-fry them with dumpling skins together. steps:

1. Main ingredients: carrot, mutton, dried dumpling skins; side ingredients: rapeseed oil, salt, soy sauce, five-spice powder, monosodium glutamate, ginger, green chili peppers

2. Soak the dried dumpling skins in hot water until soft, then rinse with cold water and drain the excess moisture.

3. Wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into threads; wash the green chili peppers and cut them into threads.

4. Cut the mutton into strips, mix with five-spice powder, soy sauce, and starch, add salad oil to mix evenly and marinate for 3 minutes.

5. Heat a pan with cool oil until it's hot enough (about 70%), then stir-fry the mutton until fragrant, remove from heat.

6. Heat another pan with cool oil until it's hot enough (about 80%), add minced ginger and stir-fry carrot threads and green chili peppers until they have a pleasant aroma and are slightly soft.

7. Add dumpling skins and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add mutton and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add monosodium glutamate.

12. Stir-fry evenly to finish cooking.
Tip:
1. Sauté the carrot until it has a pleasant aroma before adding dumpling skins.
2. The dumpling skins shouldn't be too soft, and need to be sautéed again.
3. Mutton can also be stir-fried without marinating; this dish is best not overcooked.
