Homemade Qiang Fun Shrimp Preparation

The son said he wanted to eat seafood today, so I decided to make something simple and prepared this dish.Shrimp. For the shrimp, I ate both the meat and the shell. Initially, my son didn't particularly like it, saying that the shells were hard and peeling them was troublesome, so he didn't want to eat it anymore. But later, as he continued eating, he said it tasted good; the shells weren't hard at all but quite fragrant. I secretly told him that eating the shrimp with the shell is more nutritious. He then insisted on having this dish again tomorrow, which was really funny.
