After work, I gathered some ingredients from the refrigerator at home,maitake mushrooms,,broccoli,,tofu, and fresh fish balls sent by a friend.All of these are quite healthy, combining them casually and simply simmering them only takes five minutes to make a simple yet nutritious home-style stew, which I placed on the table. This is a quick and mixed stir-fry dish that's easy to prepare but rich in nutrition, with a fresh taste and vibrant colors, suitable for all ages. Using it to
mix with rice is very delicious, both comforting and healthy. Main ingredients: 200g fish balls, 1 block of tofu, 8 maitake mushrooms, 1 head of broccoli, oil as needed, salt as needed,
black pepper 1g,and a bit of red radish.Steps: 1. Prepare the ingredients;
2. Heat a pan with some oil and fry the tofu cubes until golden on both sides, then remove them for later use;

3. Blanch broccoli in boiling water with a little salt and a few drops of oil, cook until it changes color, then remove it;

4. Sauté maitake mushrooms in a bit of oil,
