Homemade Stuffed Pig's Liver and Tofu Recipe

2. Slice the pig liver and soak it for half an hour.

3. Put tofu in boiling salt water and cook for 2 minutes, then remove.

4. Cut the tofu into cubes of about 5-6cm, thickness around 2-2.5cm.

Red radish

10. Steam for 10 minutes.

11. Serve.

TIP: After soaking the pig liver, make sure to drain all the water; mine was a little watery because I didn't do this step properly.Steam 10 minutes is enough.
