The golden clam Known scientifically as the green almond shell, it is found in shallow waters of the Yellow Sea, with a yellowish exterior and flesh, featuring a chisel-shaped shell with dark yellow patches. 6. Put in the golden clams, add salt, sugar, onion, and quickly stir-fry for a few minutes over high heat.

TIP: Place the clams in slightly salty water to make them expel sand.

Scoop out and drain the water.

4. Dry Red pepper Rinse first. Heat oil in a pot, sauté on low heat until fragrant.

Add Sichuan and stir-fry until red oil appears.

Add yellow venus clams and stir-fry, add salt, sugar, onion, and stir-fry over high heat for a few minutes.
