Homemade Recipe for Sliced Pork and Pickled Cabbage Noodle Soup


Today, waking up feeling the weather has turned colder, a bowl of steaming noodles in the morning would be a great choice.
Ingredients Main ingredients:Lean meat 250g, egg noodles 3 strands,Pickled mustard greens 200g, 1 teaspoon of oil, 10g of salt,Dark soy sauce 2 teaspoons, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, chicken powder 1 teaspoon, some green onions,Spinach a small plant,Ginger 5 slices, garlic 2 cloves, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
Steps

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

First, cut the lean meat into strips.

Mince the meat strips with salt, oil, chicken powder, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.

Wash the pickled mustard greens, then slice them before chopping them into threads.

Chop the ginger and garlic into threads.

Cut the green onions finely, and chop the spinach into two pieces.

Heat a pot with oil, add in the ginger and garlic to release their fragrance.

Add the marinated meat strips and stir-fry until they change color.

Add dark soy sauce.

Add the pickled mustard greens threads and stir-fry briefly before removing them for later use.

Boil water in a pot, add the noodles to cook until done, then remove them.

In a bowl, mix dark soy sauce, chicken powder, salt, and sesame oil. Pour in the cooking broth from the noodles, add the pickled mustard greens meat strips mixture, and your dish is ready.
Tips
1. When boiling the noodles for the first time, do not immediately remove them; instead, add a small bowl of cold water to keep them firm.
2. Do not stir-fry the pickled mustard greens for too long as it will affect their texture.
