How to make boiled radish threads
1. One white radish, remove the head and tail and peel off the outer skin, cut into suitable length pieces, then into slices, and finally into radish threads for use. An appropriate amount of ginger, first slice it into pieces, then thread it. An appropriate amount of fatty pork, remove Pork skin, then dice it into meat threads. One large red bell pepper, remove the stem, seeds, and, cut into Chili threads for use. An appropriate amount of celery, cut into suitable segments.

2. Heat a wok over medium heat and add a little oil, dry-fry the meat threads until most of the oil has rendered out, then add ginger threads to stir-fry until fragrant. After frying the ginger threads, add radish threads and stir-fry over high heat until the radish threads become soft. Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until the radish threads are fully softened.

3. Add water to cover the radish threads, put on a lid and simmer for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, add red pepper threads and celery, add an appropriate amount Chicken essence and stir-fry evenly until the radish threads are transparent. Remove from heat.
