Clean the small yellow croaker thoroughly; season with salt, cooking wine, green onion, and ginger, mix well and let it marinate for half an hour. Rinse and pat dry to remove excess water.3. Mix kelp powder, flour, cornstarch, egg, a little bit of water, and some salt into a batter. 4. Coat the small yellow croaker in this batter until evenly covered.5. 1. The batter should be thick enough to flow freely but not too thin to hold onto the fish.

2. Heat the pan dry before adding oil; this prevents sticking.

3. Do not stir the small yellow croakers immediately after they hit the pan; use low heat to set them, otherwise, they may break easily.

Mix nori powder, flour, cornstarch, egg, and add enough water with a bit of salt to make batter.

Coat the small yellow croaker in the batter until evenly coated.

Heat oil in a hot pan, fry the small yellow croakers on low heat until they form shape.

Fry on high heat until both sides are golden brown.

Tips
1. The batter should still flow slightly; don't make it too thin or it won't stick well.
