Home-style Jellyfish Tossing Salad Method


A quick and simple cold dish Sliced vegetables, ready-made dipping sauce can be found in the supermarket; if not, apples applevinegar,soy sauce, sugar, and salt can be used to mix.
Ingredients Mains:jellyfish 150g strips,cucumber,tomato one,coriander, and dipping sauce
Steps

1. Wash the cucumber.

2. Slice it into strips.

3. Soak the salted jellyfish in fresh water until no salty taste remains.

4. Place cucumber and jellyfish in a container.

5. Cut some coriander and tomato slices.

6. Add an appropriate amount of dipping sauce.

7. Pour it into a bowl, the more you pour, the easier it is to absorb flavors.

8. Chill for better taste.
Tip: Best when chilled.
