Homemade Black Pepper Steak with Asparagus Recipe


I chose marinated black pepper pork chops.The pork chops are cooked to perfect medium-rare, ensuring they remain tender and juicy. Paired with asparagus,this meal is both delicious and nutritious. Ingredients:
Main ingredients: 1 piece of marinated black pepper pork chop, oil for cooking, 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper crumbs, 6-8 spears of asparagus. Steps:1. Peel off the tough skin from the asparagus, wash it thoroughly, and cut it into pieces about the same length as the pork chop's diameter. 2. Remove the pork chop from its packaging without defrosting; a photo of the back of the package is shown to avoid any appearance of advertising.
3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, place the pork chop and fry both sides for a total of 3 minutes.

4. As the pork chops begin to release their fat, add the asparagus.

5. Continuously stir the asparagus so that they can absorb the fat and cook evenly.

6. After 3 minutes, remove the pork chop from the pan and place it on a plate; continue cooking the asparagus until done to your liking.

Tip: You can choose other vegetables for side dishes.
