Homemade Style Stir-fried Pork Slice with Yardlong Beans

Home-style Mung beans are my favorite, and I haven't had such fragrant mung beans for a long time. Back when we were kids, mom would pick fresh mung beans, mix them with meat, and slow-cook them in a wok, topping it off with pot stickers.. Even now, just thinking about that taste makes my mouth water.... The natural flavor comes from cooking in an iron pot. This time back at my sister's place, I picked out plenty of fresh mung beans grown myself, although they didn't look particularly pretty, the taste cooked in an iron wok is still just like Mom used to make, one word: fragrant...


Ingredients.
Mung beans,pork belly, green onion,ginger,, Sichuan pepper, salt,peanuts, oil.
Steps.

1. Wash and prepare the mung beans.

2.Pork belly slices.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add green onion, ginger, and Sichuan pepper star anise for flavor.

4. Add pork slices and stir-fry until they release their fat.

5. Add soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

6. Add mung beans and a little water, then simmer for about 10 minutes before adding salt for seasoning.
