Since that's the case, let's make different ingredient meat pancakes on this basis using lotus root, taro , potatoes to compare flavors and enrich nutrition. After confirming online that these ingredients do not contradict each other nutritionally and can be consumed simultaneously, I immediately went to the market to buy the required ingredients. After preparing them, we tasted them; although their textures were different, they were all very fragrant, tender, and delicious, making for a tasty dish suitable for people of all ages.Main ingredients: mutton five-spice pork (600 grams), 1 lotus root, 1 taro, 1 potato, half a carrot,, it can compare flavors and enrich nutrition. Thus, after confirming online that these ingredients do not conflict in terms of nutrition and can be consumed together, I immediately went to the market to buy the required ingredients. Seasonings: 3 teaspoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of cornstarch, 3 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 3 teaspoons of soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of char siu sauce, 1 piece of ginger, 3 eggs, and 5 scallions.

Steps:Use a mixer to turn the pork into mince. Chop or finely chop the lotus root, taro, potato, carrot, ginger, and scallions.(Divide the pork mince into three parts, mix each part with one of the chopped ingredients respectively, then add oil, salt, cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, char siu sauce, ginger, and stir in one direction to form lotus root meat paste, taro meat paste, and potato meat paste. Grease a dish with oil. Place each of the three prepared meat pastes in separate parts of the dish, then place 3 eggs on top, surround them with carrot pieces.Steam for 15 minutes. After cooking, garnish the center and edges of the dish with scallions to enhance both appearance and taste.

Tips:You can substitute the ingredients according to your preference with winter bamboo shoots, mushrooms , salted vegetables

1 Use a mixer to grind the pork into meat mince, and finely chop lotus root, taro, potato,carrot, ginger, and scallions.

2 Divide the meat mince into three equal parts. Mix each part with lotus root, taro, and potato respectively. Then add oil, salt, cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, barbecue sauce, ginger to each part, mix in one direction until evenly combined, forming lotus root meat paste, taro meat paste, and potato meat paste.

3 Brush the bottom of a dish with oil, then lay out the three types of meat paste on it. Add 3 eggs around the edge, surround them with chopped carrot.

4 Steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.

5 Once done, garnish the center and edges of the dish with chopped scallions; this not only decorates but also enhances the taste of the meat cakes.
