Home-style Braised Chicken Blocks with Mushrooms


This is a simple home-style dish.But its nutrition and taste are very suitable for seniors and children to enjoy. The ingredients chosen are mushrooms and chicken legs. Mushrooms go well with chicken, providing a balanced mix of meat and vegetables,resulting in nutritious, tender, and smooth textures. Main ingredients: 1 chicken leg, 300g of mushrooms, appropriate amounts of oil, salt,a little sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine, a little pepper powder, chopped green onion, and ginger, and some water starch.Steps: 1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: chicken legs and mushrooms 2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms, wash them clean
3. Remove the bones from the chicken leg and cut it into pieces 4. Marinate with chopped green onion, ginger, a little salt, pepper powder, and cooking wine for 5 minutes 5. Boil water in a pot, add the chicken pieces to remove unpleasant odors, blanch for 1 minute,then remove the chicken pieces. 6. Heat oil in a wok until hot, stir-fry chopped green onion and ginger 7. Add the blanched chicken pieces and mushrooms, stir-fry together 8. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce
9. Add a little water, stir-fry evenly

10. Simmer for about 5 minutes over small fire,

add salt and sugar to season.

11. Bring to a vigorous boil to thicken the sauce, then turn off the heat.

12. Serve immediately in a dish.

Tip: 1. Other types of mushrooms can also be used for stir-frying.

2. When seasoning, use a little sugar and flavoring,

so add only a small amount to ensure you don't taste sweetness when eating.
