Northeast cold dish preparation steps:
Prepare the dry tofu.garlic, hu radish peel off,coriander remove roots and cucumber,bok choy,carrot all washed together.

2.mung bean vermicelli soaked in warm water.

3. Finely chop the garlic, and cut the coriander into small pieces.

4. Slice the dry tofu into strips.

5. Place the sliced tofu strips neatly in the center of a plate with a small bowl inverted on top as shown.

6. Cut the cucumber, bok choy, and carrot into thin strips.

7. Arrange the cucumber next to the tofu strips as shown.

8. Then arrange the carrot strips.

9. Finally, place the bok choy strips neatly around them and take out the small bowl to put in the soaked mung bean vermicelli.

10. Slice the pork lean meat into strips.

11. Heat a wok until hot, add soybean oil, and stir-fry the pork strips until they change color, then remove from heat.meat 12. Pour the cooked pork strips over the vermicelli, then sprinkle with minced garlic and coriander pieces.

13. In a small bowl, mix salt, soy sauce,

sugar mature vinegar, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate and chili oil to make the seasoning sauce. 14. Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the dish and add chili oil for flavor. Mix well before serving.

Pour the well-mixed sauce into the dish,add some chili oil, stir before consuming.
