Homemade Simmered Shredded Pork with Tofu Skin Method


Tofu chicken Sometimes, it is not well-infused due to lack of braising or soaking. It's especially delicious and very fragrant.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 1 piece of tofu chicken, enough light soy sauce,mild soy sauce as needed, salt as needed, meat slices as needed
Steps

1. Cut a piece of tofu chicken into slices.

2.|Fry in a flat pan Add some oil

3. Put the sliced tofu chicken in and fry until golden brown on one side.

4. Flip to fry the other side golden brown.

5. Remove the fried tofu chicken from the pan and place it in a box.

6. Pour in light soy sauce, turn it over thoroughly, cover and let it sit.

7. Prepare the meat slices by stir-frying them in oil.

8. Add the tofu chicken along with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and some water to simmer.

9. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.

10. Serve on the table.
Tip: Fry the tofu chicken until golden brown on both sides, then soak in light soy sauce for two hours to enhance flavoring.
