Stir-fried Yardlong Beans with Dried Tofu


Intestine and eggplant are delicious when stewed together!

Pork intestine 100g, eggplant 250g,peanuts 10ml of oil, 10ml of oyster sauce,cauliflower 50g,green bell pepper 50g,black fungus 30g, and radish 30g,ginger 10g,fennel seeds a little,pepper powder a little,soy sauce 10ml, a little salt
Steps

. Prepare the ingredients: soak the black fungus and blanch it in water first.

. Heat the pot with oil, stir-fry the intestine to release its oil.

. Add eggplant.

. Add cauliflower.

. Add black fungus.

. Add soy sauce

.7. Add a little oyster sauce.

.8. Add an appropriate amount of water.

.9. Let it stew for some time.

.10. Cook until the sauce thickens.

.11. Add green bell pepper and radish

.12. Put the spoonful containing ginger, fennel seeds, and pepper powder into the pot.

.13. Finally add a little salt and it's done.
TIP: After boiling, switch to low heat for slow stewing; stir-fry the intestine until the oil is released.
