Homemade Pickled Green Cucumber with Sweet and Sour Sauce


Cucumber Has the effects of clearing heat, stimulating appetite, refreshing and quenching thirst; it is excellent for eating to improve one's appetite.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 1 cucumber,Red bell pepper,Sugar 1 tablespoon,Rice Maltose vinegar
1 tablespoon, sesame oil 1 tablespoon, salt as needed

Steps

1. Wash the cucumber and red bell pepper.

2. Slice the cucumber lengthwise but do not cut through to the bottom.

3. Flip the cucumber over and slice it diagonally, still without cutting through to the bottom.

4. Cut each piece into 5 cm long sections, then mix with salt, sugar, rice maltose vinegar, sesame oil, and red bell pepper.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. Crispy sweet and sour cucumber is ready.
