Homemade Recipe for Spare Rib and Taro with Carrot Soup


Yesterday, it snowed. So the next day used ribs and lotus root, adding a piece of carrotto boil a pot of soup. Both for stir-frying and making soups,

1. Prepare ingredients

3. Boil after removing impurities by skimming.

4. Rinse with warm water after boiling.

5. In a pot, add enough water, place the boiled ribs, add green onion segments, ginger slices, and cooking wine,

and simmer over low heat for a long time.

6. Clean and peel the lotus root, slice it thickly.(I soaked them in a little bit of water)

7. Cut the carrot into dice.

8. Boil until the ribs are tender, then add sliced lotus root and diced carrots.

9. Continue boiling for about an hour before adding salt to taste.

10. Serve in a bowl.
Tip: It's best to boil the ribs after blanching them,
